3. Accuracy & Medical Disclaimer
- Diagnostic reports are prepared based on test results obtained through machines, laboratory processes, and professional interpretation.
- While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, no diagnostic test is 100% error-free.
- Reports are meant to assist registered medical practitioners and should always be interpreted in clinical correlation by the treating doctor.
- The Centre shall not be held responsible for medical decisions taken solely on the basis of diagnostic reports without proper medical consultation.

- Providing accurate personal, medical, and referral information/li>
- Informing staff about pregnancy, allergies, implants, or prior medical conditions before undergoing tests
- Following preparation instructions (fasting, hydration, etc.) as advised

5. Appointments & Walk-ins
- Services are provided through appointments and walk-ins, subject to availability./li>
- Emergency or priority cases may be accommodated at the discretion of management.s
- Waiting times may vary depending on patient volume and test complexity.

6. Pricing & Payments
- Charges are charitable and highly subsidized, typically significantly lower than prevailing market rates.
- Fees are subject to revision based on operational costs, equipment maintenance, and regulatory requirements.
- Payment is required before or at the time of service unless otherwise approved by management.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Once a diagnostic test has been initiated or performed, no refund shall be applicable.
- In case a test is cancelled by the Centre due to technical or operational reasons, an appropriate refund or rescheduling will be offered.

- Patients and visitors must maintain discipline and respect medical staff, trustees, and other patients.
- Any abusive, disruptive, or unlawful behavior may result in denial of services.
- The Centre reserves the right to refuse service in exceptional circumstances, without discrimination.

- Patient data and diagnostic reports are handled with strict confidentiality.
- Information may be shared only with authorized personnel or as required by law.
